Hello, and welcome! I am thrilled to share my passion for healing with the North Shore community that I’ve always called home. I hold a Master’s in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the New England School of Acupuncture and a Health Science degree from Sacred Heart University. I am nationally certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
Before becoming an acupuncturist, I worked as an EMT where I developed a deep appreciation for helping others in times of need. Today, I combine my training in Japanese and Chinese style acupuncture, with a focus on orthopedic care, to treat a wide range of health concerns. My approach goes beyond symptom relief—I aim to address the root causes of your discomfort so we can create lasting solutions and prevent issues from recurring.
I loved growing up on north shore, and it was always a dream of mine to be practicing near my hometown. When I’m not working, you can find me enjoying life to the fullest with my husband, son, family, and friends! Whether I’m playing ice hockey, skiing, golfing, or soaking up the sun by the beach or on a boat, I love being active and enjoying nature. I know firsthand how much it means to be able to participate in the activities you love, and I’m here to help you get back to your best self, ready to enjoy life on your terms.

With a passion for helping people look and feel their best, I specialize in Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture, combining the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine with my background in professional esthetics and skincare.
After earning a degree in Mathematics from Boston College and spending several years working in the corporate software world, I followed my passion for holistic health and attended the New England School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, where I earned my master’s degree in acupuncture.
After graduation, I practiced at a wellness center for over three years, focusing primarily on facial cosmetic acupuncture. By incorporating both facial and body acupuncture points, I take a holistic approach to supporting healthy, radiant skin while promoting relaxation and overall balance.
I am also a licensed esthetician and graduate of Spa Tech Institute, with experience performing professional and advanced facials, conducting skin consultations, and creating personalized skincare recommendations. By combining my acupuncture and esthetics training, I create customized facial rejuvenation treatments that may include acupuncture, professional skincare, gentle massage, gua sha, and facial cupping.
Whether you’re looking to improve the appearance of fine lines, skin tone and texture, support a healthy, glowing complexion, or simply take some time for yourself, I look forward to welcoming you and being part of your skincare journey.
